Samui Mermaid Beachfront, Bang Rak Beach (Koh Samui)

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The garden room I stayed in was adequate and offered a peaceful atmosphere, while the restaurant was convenient with 24-hour service. However, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable, which was frustrating during my stay.

I had a pleasant stay overall with some ups and downs at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the beach, and I found the rooms to be pretty decent for the price. However, there were a few issues with amenities and staff treatment that left me a bit disappointed. The pool area was lovely, but communication about charges and room expectations could use some improvement.
